Petroglifos de Talampaya: Arte Sagrada de 1.500 Anos nos Cânions Vermelhos

O Parque Nacional Talampaya, na Argentina, abriga 32 sítios de arte rupestre com aproximadamente 1.500 anos de idade, criados pela cultura La Aguada (500–1000 DC). As gravuras nas paredes de arenito vermelho retratam figuras humanas estilizadas, animais como camelídeos e aves, e padrões geométricos — alguns com semelhanças com arte rupestre de outros continentes. O sítio é Patrimônio Mundial da UNESCO desde 2000 e evidencia que a região foi usada por povos pré-colombianos como espaço sagrado, de caça e de sepultamento por mais de dois milênios.
